As teams gear up for an exciting start, a number of key players will be sidelined due to injuries or are still recuperating after an intense season of international tests.
Among those missing out are prominent figures such as Beauden Barrett and Nick Frost, alongside Wallabies flyhalves Carter Gordon and Tom Lynagh. It’s worth noting that the Hurricanes have a bye this week and are therefore not included in the list below.
