After the meeting, Downs wrote a letter supporting the project, and the McMillans moved in after the renovations in 2020. However, they are now moving on to pursue new opportunities, leaving Madrona House for its next chapter.
Tanya emphasizes, "This house needs an owner who truly appreciates its architecture and design."
